Terms of Service

    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using the services provided by Tech Stack Digital Solutions ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    2. Services

    We provide digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, web design, local SEO, review management, email marketing, AI automations, social media management, SMS marketing, and paid advertising. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

    3. No Long-Term Contracts

    All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in writing. Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice.

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other terms are agreed upon. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

    5. Client Responsibilities

    Clients agree to provide timely access to accounts, content, and approvals necessary for service delivery. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and results.

    6. Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for them. We retain the right to use work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party tools, templates, and software remain the property of their respective owners.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Tech Stack Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue results.

    8. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Stack Digital Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Iowa.
