Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Month-to-Month Services

All ongoing digital marketing services (SEO, social media management, etc.) are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your services at any time with 30 days' written notice. Services will continue through the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

3. Refund Policy

Ongoing Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing work (strategy, content creation, campaign management), fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Unused portions of prepaid services may be refunded on a prorated basis at our discretion.

One-Time Projects: For web design and other project-based work, refunds are available before work begins. Once work has commenced, refunds are prorated based on work completed.

4. Deliverables Upon Cancellation

Upon cancellation and full payment of outstanding invoices, you will receive all completed deliverables, access credentials, and assets created for your account.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us directly to discuss the issue. We are committed to finding a fair resolution.
