End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Tech Stack Digital Solutions governing your use of any software, tools, dashboards, or digital products we provide as part of our services.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software tools and digital products solely for your business purposes during the term of your service agreement.

3. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any software provided
• You may not sublicense or transfer your access to third parties
• You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Ownership

All software, tools, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Tech Stack Digital Solutions. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically upon cancellation of your services or breach of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our software and tools.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
